Before we begin working together, you’ll have the opportunity to brief me in on your story, your concerns, your wants – everything that will help me help you. I then use this as a framework for our coaching sessions together, but we’ll be able to keep things flexible. Other stuff comes up during sessions, so we’ll be able to prioritise as we move through. Your sessions will be a blend of present listening, curious and open questioning, and solid action planning. All with a big dose of LOVE & COMPASSION.
Simply Flourish is based 185a Spencer street, Bunbury, by appointment only. I am also available online for telehealth so you can get the support you need, where ever you are located.
All you need is A strong internet connection, working camera and microphone on either a computer or smartphone. Choose a location where you will be uninterrupted. Simply click the link that will come through on your booking confirmation and a Telehealth session will open up, using Teams. You will not be required to download any programs as this service can be accessed on your internet browser.
Because you’re the focus of this program, you need to commit to the process! I recommend a 3 to 6-month minimum commitment to counselling /coaching, as this is where the success really lays. Counselling / Coaching session frequency is up to you. As a guide. The below details a rhythm my clients go by and can help you to decide what you need: Intense: once a week For attention to urgent outcomes or a time of life where greater support is needed. General: every 2-weeks A desire for steady progress towards your goals. Relaxed: ever 3-weeks An as an when you need approach. Remember if you want to grow wings; That takes time! ! Success is not an overnight job, so expect fear, a bit of flailing and falling, and a dedicated counsellor / life coach to help you pick yourself right back up again.
