Mission

Coaching and counselling provides direction and guidance for those times in life when we find ourselves feeling stuck. Those time when we know there is something else out there for us…. another way of being…. or even another version of ourselves that we can see in our minds eye, but we just can’t seem to figure out how to get there. I coach and counsel because I have been in this place myself.…. There was a long period in my life where I hadn’t known who I was at my core…. I was busy being a mum, a partner, an employee, I was doing life… yet on the inside, I felt lost. I wasn’t honouring myself…. my boundaries where shaky, my emotions felt trapped and I was scared to use my voice. Through coaching and counselling I learned to trust myself. I learned how to communicate my needs and my wants - honouring myself. I looked into the shadows of my soul, the bits we don’t like to look at and I allowed myself to feel all of those feelings that can be uncomfortable yet are sooo needed to be felt in order to move forward. I worked through some pretty epic baggage, the stuff that comes from past wounds, holding unsupportive beliefs, conditioning, even my own covert sabotaging patterns and behaviours. Through being coached, with life coaching and counselling, I now show up differently. I have stepped into my power; as a woman, partner, mother, as well as in my career. This same opportunity is what I now offer to my clients; it lights me up to be part of their journey. The journey which enables people just like you to step into YOUR own power... Shaking off the shackles of the past to create a better life for yourself, of your making... and your choice. My approach is straightforward, guiding you along the way, facilitating change by providing you with SIMPLE tools and new techniques that bring clarity and enable you to tap into & embrace the potential that you already have inside of you!
